Magic Falafel London: Discover Hot Spot #9 in the City

This small falafel stall in Camden Market was a delightful surprise. I hadn’t been craving falafel, but something about the stall drew me in—probably the vegan brownie on display that my friend had been looking for. The shop is compact and lively, perfectly suited to the bustle of Camden.

As soon as the staff noticed us peering at their counter, they offered a sample of falafel. One bite and we decided to have falafel for dinner. Everything on the menu is vegan, which was a big plus for us. I went all in on their spicy tahini sauce—it’s a standout and adds a vibrant kick.

I topped mine with a spicy salsa and some crispy fried potato crisps. The falafel itself is gluten free, which is great for anyone avoiding gluten—I’m not certain about the pita, though they do offer falafel as a snack if you just want a quick bite.

The pita arrives hot from a steaming basket, soft and pliable, making it the perfect vessel for the fillings and falafel. The friendly staff and upbeat atmosphere made the experience even better. I had grown a bit tired of falafel in the past—it’s a common vegan staple you can get too often—but this stall reignited my appreciation for it. The falafel was well-seasoned, crisp on the outside and tender inside.

And then there was the brownie: rich and indulgent, made with three kinds of chocolate and five types of nuts. We took it home and enjoyed it with vegan ice cream—an excellent finish to the meal. The brownie was genuinely memorable and a perfect sweet ending.

If you’re exploring Camden Market and want a satisfying vegan option with bold flavors and friendly service, this falafel stall is worth a stop. Keep an eye out for their sauces and fresh pita—those little details make a big difference.
