Summer Cobb Salad Pizza

Ingredients:

1 package refrigerated store-bought pizza dough

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp buttermilk

1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup halved grape tomatoes

1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions

1 cup shredded mozzarella

4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

3 hard-boiled eggs, halved

1 cup roughly chopped romaine

1 cup grilled corn

1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and roll it into a large rectangle. Par-bake the dough for about five minutes, then remove it from the oven.
