Ingredients
- 6 street taco–size flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked lobster tails, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoon cilantro (or parsley), chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 Tablespoon hot sauce
- Pinch of salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Shredded lettuce, for topping
- Capers, optional
- Extra parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, green onions, cilantro or parsley, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, black pepper and cayenne until smooth and well combined.
- Gently toss the chopped lobster with the sauce until the meat is evenly coated.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of the lobster mixture onto each flour tortilla. Top with chopped herbs, shredded lettuce and capers if desired. Serve immediately.
