- 3 sheets filo (phyllo) pastry

- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 small wheel brie, cut into cubes
- 4 slices prosciutto, torn
- 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the fillings. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a mini muffin pan. Cut brie into small cubes and tear prosciutto into pieces. Stack filo sheets, brushing each layer with butter or oil. Cut the stack into rough rectangles about 2″ x 1″. Keep unused sheets covered with a damp towel.
