These tropical overnight oats bring a taste of summer to your morning and keep you satisfied until lunchtime. The beauty of overnight oats is their simple formula — typically equal parts rolled oats, yogurt, and milk — which makes them endlessly adaptable. Use this tropical version as inspiration, then swap in whatever fruits, nuts, or flavorings you prefer.

Summer for me has meant relying on quick, straightforward meals: fresh produce from the farmer’s market, hard‑boiled eggs, simple tacos, occasional pizza night, and easy sandwiches and wraps. I wanted a prettier, more elaborate breakfast for the blog, so I made a tropical bowl of overnight oats to bring a little beachy paradise into my Ohio kitchen. This recipe is a small, flavorful reminder of my favorite summer getaway.

Make this recipe as written or customize it to your taste. Overnight oats are perfect for busy mornings because they’re prepared the night before and ready to enjoy as soon as you wake up. No heavy thinking required — just a satisfying, healthy breakfast that feels light and tropical.
